招聘全職牧者 Full-Time Pastor Search

本教會現誠邀有神感召及異象的牧者發展福音事工。
Our church now invites pastors who are called by God and have a vision to develop the gospel ministry.

職責 Ministries：

• 協助主持每週的主日崇拜。
  You will assist in leading out in our weekly worship services.
  
• 通過聖經研讀、祈禱、團契和個人探訪來尋找及裝備弟兄姊妹，使其能夠履行在照顧基隆拿社區及周邊地區所承擔的事工。
  You will seek to discover and equip the members of the church for the ministry God has called them to perform in caring for the community of Kelowna and the surrounding area.  This will be accomplished through guided bible study, prayer, fellowship and personal visitation.
  
• 定期探訪教會成員，為有需要的人提供身心靈的關懷。
  You will maintain contact with the members of the church through regular visitation to provide spiritual and physical care for those in need.
  
• 幫助及引導教會成員認識上帝在基隆拿及週邊範圍的異象和使命。
  You will help to guide the church members in discovering God’s vision, mission, and place for them in the city of Kelowna and the surrounding area.
  
• 帶領在基隆拿社區及週邊地區尋找慕道者的事工和外展工作。
  You will lead in ministry and outreach to the lost in the community of Kelowna and the surrounding area.
  
• 協助教會及弟兄姊妹明暸上帝的旨意和使命及教會的需要。
  You will help assist our church in refining God’s will and mission so that it will truly suit the need of this church.
  
• 在有需要時，為教會成員提供靈性輔導。
  You will assist in providing spiritual counselling the members of our church as the need arises.

要求 Requirements:

• 純正福音派基督教信仰；
  Adherence to pure evangelical Christian faith.
  
• 曾受神學裝備，有北美牧會經驗更佳；
  Previous theological training, experience in North American pastoral ministry is preferable.
  
• 操流利粵語、國語，能以英語溝通。
  Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and ability to communicate in English.

薪金 Salary:

• 每年 $50,000.00-$55,000.00
• $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
